Billy Jack for Her

This is probably my very favorite find from my August thrifting. It’s a vintage 70s Billy Jack For Her dress. It is long to my shins so I converted it to a tunic by belting it with a skinny belt and blousing it over.

  1. hi – Do I know you? I think I have seen your blog before but ya, I am here via Lena and Rachel’s hop today (I’m #22) I’m Renae. Nice to meet you, Ann Huffman. Great ensemble and great idea you gave me on a dress that is too short that I was going to cut off but now I don’t have to because I saw your great idea on your awesome post!!! Ty ♥

    1. Well thank you for being my 711th follower on GFC. That number, “7 1 1″ has a very significant meaning to me. If you are interested I’ll share the info as to why via an email sometime. So I was thrilled to see my number become 711 today! and …it is so nice it is you; a fellow thrift a holic. cool.

  2. What a great find! The fabric and style of this dress is lovely and it looks great in front of this cool white door. Your accessories add a fun texture too, especially the red bag. Cute comfy boots.
